What They Are
Our community support surgeries are free, no-appointment-needed drop-in sessions held at various locations across Newtownabbey. Think of them as your local help desk for anything related to employment, benefits, forms, and getting back to work. Just turn up during surgery hours, and we’ll help you with whatever you need—no judgment, no pressure, completely confidential.
Who They're For
Absolutely anyone in the Newtownabbey area who needs help with:
- Benefit applications and forms
- Understanding letters from the Department for Communities or Jobcentre
- CV writing and job applications
- Completing housing or grant forms
- Understanding employment rights
- Job search strategies
- Childcare or disability benefit applications
- Or simply someone to talk through your options with
You don’t need to be enrolled in our training programmes, and you don’t need an appointment. Just come along—we’re here to help our community.
