Course Objective
To introduce participants to the fundamentals of effective communication, reaction styles, and basic feedback techniques.
Target Audience
Professionals, students, or anyone interested in improving their communication skills.
Materials:
Whiteboard or projector, markers, handouts with key concepts, questionnaires from the PDF, case studies.

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Introduction to Communication Skills (30 minutes)
- Icebreaker: Quick introductions and sharing communication challenges.
- Overview: Importance of communication skills in personal and professional life.
- Discussion: The ABC of Communication (as per the PDF).

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Understanding Communication Channels (1 hour)
- Lecture/Discussion:
- Face-to-face communication: Body language, eye contact, and active listening.
- Communicating on the phone: Tone of voice and clarity.
- Communicating by email: Clarity, headings, and avoiding misinterpretations.
- Activity: Role-playing scenarios for each communication channel.
10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Break (15 minutes)

10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Reaction Styles (1 hour 15 minutes)
- Introduction:
- Overview of the three reaction styles: Thinker, Feeler, and Doer.
- Characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each style.
- Activity:
- Complete the Reaction Styles Questionnaire from the PDF.
- Group discussion: Sharing personal reaction styles and discussing potential challenges in communication.
